This website provides preliminary information about the MABA Suitez development and allows you to register your interest to receive project updates and sales consultation. It is for information and registration purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation, contract, or part of any Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Registering your interest places you under no obligation to purchase, and places us under no obligation to reserve or sell any unit. Availability, pricing, layouts and specifications are indicative only and subject to change without prior notice, and are confirmed only in the official Sale and Purchase Agreement and developer documentation.
3. Accuracy of information
While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate, all details — including indicative prices, unit types and sizes, distances, images, plans and timelines — are subject to change and to confirmation by the developer and the relevant authorities. Images and illustrations are artist’s impressions for reference only.

Personal data you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy & PDPA Notice, under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
